  Job responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the arrangement and filing of the data and records of process technology, and ensure the normal production of the workshop.

  2. Responsible for the quality control of the whole production process of NC products in the team, and ensure that the products meet the corresponding operation guidance, quality and process requirements

  3. Be responsible for the adjustment of all parameters for abnormal quality in production process, and make records

  4. Responsible for the completion of product trial production report and process record analysis report

  5. Responsible for the modification and compilation of process procedures, check the filling of process parameter records, and confirm the equipment inspection point

  6. Responsible for solving process related problems on site and verifying the rationality of improvement

  7. Responsible for assisting the foreman to maintain and manage all kinds of tooling and equipment

         1. Full time college or above, major in mechanical engineering, 25-40 years old,more than 1 year experience in quality control of die casting industry.

         2. Familiar with basic knowledge of die casting manufacturing and related machining.

         3. Familiar with basic knowledge of iatf16949 quality management system.
  

         4. Can skillfully use various tools or methods of quality control for mathematical analysis.
  

         5. Work conscientiously, carefully, seek truth from facts, have good coordination ability and executive ability, have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

  
  

  Job responsibilities:

         1. Be responsible for the analysis of the defective cost of the products, and formulate and submit the relevant control measures.

         2. Participate in the review of the product contract under its jurisdiction, assist the  project team to implement the product quality planning in advance according to the contract requirements, so as to ensure the timely development and mass  production of products.
  

         3. Regularly analyze the quality of the products and make improvement plan, find  and solve problems in time.
  

         4. Responsible for the preparation of product inspection / test documents, and      supervise all departments to implement according to the documents.
  

         5. Be responsible for quality exception handling, quality information feedback        processing, internal and external audit non conformance correction follow-up  and corrective and preventive measures tracking verification.
  

         6. Responsible for making the maintenance plan of mould / tooling for dimension  correction.
  

         7. Responsible for the audit of standard samples, and supervise the implementation according to the samples.
